I was recently doing my usual perusal of the internet for information on healthy eating when I stumbled on this little recipe which uses ingredients that anyone should have in the cupboard (except maybe the beans) and is super easy to cook…. The best part was the total calorie count for the meal was 315 calories plus my cuppa. Less than muesli and I was disgustingly full. A great weekend alternative to a cafe breakfast which will usually put me at 500-600 calories before the day starts! Just be careful because the more you eat the more you toot!
